• ALL pest control companies whether large or small may purchase and use the same products and equipment. All professional products are registered with the Environmental Protection Agency and are labeled for restricted use by licensed and certified professionals.
• ALL pest control companies operating in Tennessee must be chartered by the Tennessee Department of Agriculture, and operate under a state license which is the “master” level of testing, and all technicians must earn certifications for each of the areas in which they perform services.
• To maintain commercial certification, a specific number of continuing education credits must be earned during each certification period.
